Seniors are the most at-risk group for COVID-19, which is why it’s important for people to check in with their loved ones to ensure they are safe and cared for during these times.“My advice is to make sure that you are checking in on your neighbors and family members daily to ensure they have enough food, medication and their essential needs are met,” Kanouse told WSYM. “There are a lot of services out there as far as grocery delivery and pickup.
