Ruby Tuesday is looking to re-develop in Colorado Springs by committing to the franchise system and reopening the closed corporate-owned location.
Having recently closed their last corporate-owned location in Colorado Springs,
Ruby Tuesday is already eyeing a return to the market, this time under a new model.
With a concerted effort to make
Ruby Tuesday a more local establishment, the restaurant brand is committing to the franchise system with the hopes to re-develop a presence in the area soon.
Carolyn Livingston, a Colorado Restaurant Association spokeswoman, told The Gazette that Ruby Tuesday should be commended for their devotion to the Springs. She also said a franchisee would be more involved in the community which could help with their local success.
