Owners Josh Burdick and Justin Beatty are gearing up to open the marijuana-themed sandwich shop in Atlanta this summer, then immediately return their focus to the college town. It is no secret that <a href="http://1851franchise.com/chebahut">Cheba Hut</a> thrives in student-centered communities like Athens, and Burdick and Beatty are more than prepared to bring the “toasted” experience to the Bulldogs.“Athens is a perfect fit for Cheba Hut, we all know that,” Seth Larsen, Chief Relationship Officer, told The Red &amp; Black. “I think that from 10,000 feet, the city can hold at least two Cheba Huts.”Burdick and Beatty are in the process of opening Cheba Hut’s Atlanta currently scouting real estate on College Avenue and Clayton Street.
