For more than 15 years, Beata Krakus has been providing legal counsel for businesses across the globe. Before moving to Chicago, Krakus practiced in Warsaw with the Swedish law firm of Magnusson Wahlin. Today, she continues to work with clients around the world as the franchise and distribution law attorney with Greensfelder.
We spoke to Krakus to learn about how she got into franchising, what she loves about the industry and the biggest legal hurdles she sees facing the industry in 2022.
