For more than 25 years, Harris J. Chernow has been using his legal expertise to help businesses of all sizes navigate the legal complexities of their industries. Today, Chernow is Chair of Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP’s national Franchise & Distribution Practice Group and has developed his own national franchise practice, in which he represents both franchisors and franchisees, as well as a range of industry vendors and distributors.
