<div>Rob Felcher, who has been in the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK&#174;&nbsp;system nearly 20 years, is expanding his franchise footprint with the recent acquisition of the Evansville, Indiana location and becoming a multi-state franchisee.

Felcher&#8217;s professional journey began in 1994, when he participated in a mission trip to Ukraine with Riverview Church for two months. With the conclusion of his travels, Felcher enrolled at Lansing Community College and began his search for a local job. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>As he was moving himself one day into his new home, he happened to pass a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK&#174; location and decided to stop in and apply. Over the next 20 years, Felcher moved up the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK&#174; ladder of success from mover to manager and ultimately owner.

Felcher eventually became a general manager, leading three territories in Grand Rapids and Lansing.&nbsp; In 2008, he made the decision to embark on business ownership and purchased one of the Grand Rapids locations. He has made it a priority to be actively involved in the Grand Rapids community, working with many respected organizations such as YWCA, Alpha Women&#8217;s Center, Toys for Tots, and Angel Tree.

After seeing strong growth in Grand Rapids and witnessing a 75-80 percent increase in revenue at his location, Felcher began researching another territory to buy. When the Evansville, Ind., location became available for purchase from the previous owner, Felcher knew this was his next endeavor. Although Evansville is a 6.5 hour drive away from his first location in Grand Rapids, Felcher not only sees this addition as an ideal growth market for his business, but an opportunity for his current team to experience more roles within the company while getting the possibility to move up within the company. Specifically, Felcher sees opportunities for frontline people to move into sales, marketing and management positions.&nbsp; Felcher is also planning to work with a few key individuals with an interest to continue moving up within the company to either partner with or help them venture into becoming new franchisees.

With the help of his wife of 16 years, Kim, and two children Josh, 13, and Emily, 11, the Felcher&#8217;s are making TWO MEN AND A TRUCK&#174; their family&#8217;s business.

</div> How did you learn about the brand?
 I was moving myself to a new home one day and happened to pass a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK&#174; location. I needed a job, so I decided to stop in and apply. 

 Why did you choose an opportunity with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK&#174;?
 Being with the company for so long, I had a lot of opportunity to learn, develop, and grow in the system. It got to the point where my interest and thought process was, &#8220;How can I take it to the next level?&#8221; I really wanted to add to the growing success of the brand and start my own business. Because of my great experiences with the brand, I chose to pursue a business model I knew and a place where knew I could be successful.

The goal for 2025 was to hire 6,500 team members across North America — a target the brand exceeded with 7,006 hires from more than 259,000 applicants.While many roles filled were movers and drivers, franchises also added customer service representatives, marketers, office managers and bookkeepers.
