The Home Office team is gearing up to sign 15 more this year.

Sorber and Nobis, Co-CEOs, work closely with the system&rsquo;s established franchise partners to achieve ongoing growth results. The two executives took over these positions in mid-2017, bringing two different perspectives to the role while also complementing each other&rsquo;s strengths as the company looks ahead to its most prosperous year yet. Nobis, who was previously Chief Information Officer and then Chief Operating Officer before transitioning to his current role, has spent seven years focusing on innovation and technology to increase company efficiency and provide customers with more options. This includes the launch of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK&rsquo;s affordable and customer service-focused national Value Flex&reg; moving service, new storage offerings and the company&rsquo;s transition to the increased use of tablets, saving both time and resources. Sorber has brought his more than 30 years of experience with the company to the Co-CEO role as one of the original &ldquo;two men,&rdquo; having involvement over the years since his mom formally launched the company in 1985. Sorber&rsquo;s understanding of where the brand has been remains an asset as he sets a path with Nobis on where the company is going.

Another addition to the executive team that illustrates TWO MEN AND A TRUCK&rsquo;s commitment to moving careers forward includes Sara Bennett being named Chief Talent Officer. After celebrating 15 years with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and having started in an administrative role, Bennett was promoted to the executive team late 2017. She leads the company&rsquo;s HR, recruiting and retention consulting, and risk management teams. She&rsquo;s also taking on executive leadership of the training and development team. As the company continues to focus on mentoring and growing its teams from within, similar to how Bennett has climbed the company ladder, she will play an integral role in the company&rsquo;s talent evolution.
