TWO MEN AND A TRUCK's Darron Cadwell stopped by Kalamazoo, Michigan CBS-affiliate WWMT to discuss the brand's fourth annual Career Move Month. The initiative is a time when the brand is looking to bring on more people to help with moves during the summer.
 
He discussed on-air that the company is looking for people to fill all sorts of roles, not just movers, ahead of their busiest season of the year. Cadwell also shared his own story, as he's a current employee who worked his way up the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK ladder, beginning as a mover working to where he is today.
