United Water Restoration Group Grows in Dayton, Ohio, With Entrepreneurial Duo

DAYTON, OH – United Water Restoration Group (UWRG), the 119-unit restoration and reconstruction franchise, is growing in Dayton, Ohio, with Jesse Rubio and Paul Chatrath. The pair met in the construction industry but, after realizing what a great team they made, soon began looking into franchise opportunities. The duo found UWRG and decided that the model fit their experience and priorities perfectly! Now, as they serve the members of their community in times of need, the pair feels anything is possible for their own futures, too.

“Paul and I are minorities, but I was born in the U.S. in Texas and Paul was born in India. He grew up in India and moved here as a teenager. He didn’t know any English, so he learned it by watching movies. He worked hard to get to where he is now. We both grew up without a lot of money and opportunities, and this business makes it all possible for us,” said Rubio. “Hard work pays off. Don’t give up on your dream.”

Rubio and Chatrath are now in the business of helping people restore the original condition of their homes and businesses by repairing damage caused by floods, fires, major storms or mold. While they currently have one territory that serves Dayton, Rubio said they are certainly looking to expand and have even considered establishing a location in each major city across Ohio.
