What are your plans for growth?&nbsp;Harper: We want consistent, steady work and to help the community. A lot of other companies in town have bad reputations for how they’ve treated customers. We want to be known for great customer service. Our goal is to help the customer, not just help ourselves. I’m willing to work with customers to get things done without gouging them. I’d rather take a little less and truly help someone than squeeze every dollar out of a situation. We keep each other accountable — if one of us misses something, the other catches it. That dynamic of support and communication means a lot.
