This inspired them to explore how Ninja-style obstacle training could be integrated into their gymnastics programs and test its potential as a standalone concept.“He and I both set aside space in our gyms and started experimenting with equipment,” said Grant. “He's a mechanical engineer and I'm actually a structural engineer by schooling.
