Have you ever wondered who’s behind the curtain mixing and matching fruits and flavors to bring you the tastiest Smoothie King concoctions? Davis Jaeger, product development manager and food scientist at Smoothie King, clears the smoke and mirrors to give viewers a glimpse into the Smoothie King laboratory in an interview with WGNO’s Wild Bill Wood.

Mad about all things smoothies, Jaeger is involved with every step of the smoothie-making process, from crafting flavor profiles to scoping out new ingredients to observing focus groups. Working in a lab situated in the back of a Smoothie King store, Jaeger is constantly immersed in the “Smoothies With A Purpose” purveyor’s forward-thinking, health-conscious atmosphere.
