I invested a lot of time and energy into it and we have continued to grow over the past 12 months. We decided to get to the level of success we wanted, we needed to partner with PMI.”The main things that are going to change for the business now that they have the major big-name support of PMI, Bullington says, are the number of homes they will be able to reach, and their strategy in general. He’s been working with a PMI business coach and receiving tools and resources to reframe his thinking and streamline procedures.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;“In order for us to grow to the level we wanted, we needed some better tools, better backend support and a network of other property managers and business owners to learn from,” said Bullington. “We want to really grow with the brand and the power of PMI in this area. It felt like the right fit for us.Bullington has about 100 properties currently that he brought to PMI, and is excited to expand. Small and medium independent property owners typically have about three to seven revenue streams, while PMI offers 50-plus.
