The 90-plus-unit better burger franchise is rapidly expanding in select markets across the country, and Singh is thrilled to partner with the company and grow its presence in California.Singh has decades of experience working in the restaurant industry, starting as a teenager. When he was ready to transition to become an owner, he signed on with Mountain Mike’s Pizza to open four units. He discovered&nbsp;<a href="https://1851franchise.com/mooyah">MOOYAH</a> when a location opened next to his Upland, CA pizza restaurant.“MOOYAH was a neighbor to one of my Mountain Mike’s locations, and when I tried the burger, I was amazed,” he said. “It was so fresh. The commitment to wholesome, quality food was similar to Mountain Mike’s, but the focus was burgers, not pizza. The buns are made there, and the fries are freshly cut.
