Argus Leader: National wings restaurant wants to open in Sioux Falls
Buffalo Wings & Rings is eyeing South Dakota for expansion.

Buffalo Wings & Rings is looking to expand in South Dakota, specifically Sioux Falls. This year the Ohio-based brand is looking to add two to three franchise locations in the Sioux Falls area.
"We've had some good success in Nebraska, South Dakota and North Dakota and are trying to increase our density in those three states," Philip Schram, executive vice president of development for the company, told the Argus Leader.
In addition to Sioux Falls, Buffalo Wings & Rings is open in Rapid City, South Dakota and will be opening a new location in Aberdeen next year.
“The company has been around for 30 years, and our founder wanted to have elevated food and elevated customer service in a category where typically food and customer service was fairly low," Schram told the Argus Leader. "We are very focused on families and the quality of the food. All the food is made fresh on the premises."
The national restaurant chain currently has 60 locations with about 15 stores under construction.
