Buffalo Wings & Rings brings an exceptional dining
experience to customers through food innovation. While chicken wings will always be their
thing, the brand’s impressive menu is sure to surprise and delight customers’
taste buds.
At Buffalo Wings & Rings guests are treated to fresh –
never frozen – wings with 12 flavors and two dry seasonings that range from the
traditional to the avant-garde, and offered the opportunity to select the
degree of heat that they prefer.
Alongside those wings is fresh-made blue cheese dressing that will make
the customer think they are dining at the finest steakhouse in town.
Overall, the menu has continuously been updated to include a
wealth of American classics with flavors that push the envelope and specialty
burgers, gyros, sandwiches, tacos and salads.
Every Buffalo Wings & Rings restaurant also features a full liquor
bar and dozens of craft-beer options that celebrate local and nation brewing
excellence.
In July 2014, Buffalo Wings & Rings added new and
innovative menu items to its already popular offerings.
“As an international and growing brand, it is vital that we
continue to innovate and stay ahead of changing consumer tastes and food
trends,” said Nader Masadeh, President and CEO of Buffalo Wings & Rings.
“Our customers enjoy a variety of flavors, and we are really excited to
introduce new items that will give them a unique experience they cannot find
anywhere else.”
Buffalo Wings & Rings’ new menu items include: two new
starters, Parmesan Garlic Aioli Fries and Pulled Pork Nachos; a new salad, the
Wasabi Shrimp Salad; four new sauces, Bourbon BBQ, Fajita Tequila Lime, Peach
Habanero and Cool Wasabi; two new dry seasonings, Lemon Pepper and Cajun; two
new signature burgers, the Chorizo Nacho Burger and the Apple & Bacon
Burger; two new sandwiches, the Chorizo Press Sandwich and the Beer Battered
Tilapia Sandwich; and the rollout of a variety of tacos, specifically Chicken,
Chorizo, Pork and Shrimp & Guacamole.
“The launch of these new menu items will reinforce Buffalo
Wings & Rings’ wide-spread appeal with something for every member of the
family,” said Elliot Jablonsky, Executive Chef of Buffalo Wings &
Rings. “As an American brand known for
its wings, we will always ensure that we stay true to who we are. Our new flavors act as incredible complements
to our existing eclectic menu.”
Jablonsky added that Buffalo Wings & Rings goes through
an extensive research and development process before unveiling a new menu item
to its customers.
Customizability is fundamental to success for Buffalo Wings
& Rings.
In 2015, Buffalo Wings & Rings will be focusing on big
flavors, especially when it comes to the wing experience.
“People are looking at smaller portions that really use
flavor efficiently, packing it in so the bites are smaller but the taste is
bigger,” said Jablonsky. “We’re trying to add in some Creole, Caribbean, and
variations on a theme that is fun and elevates the experience of the chicken
wing – the way we brine them, sauce them, top them and cook them.”
In April, Buffalo Wings & Rings will put out its first
Limited Time Offer menu.
