The current population of Seguin consists of students from Texas Lutheran University and young professionals with families who either work in town or commute to Austin and San Antonio. The average age for a Seguin resident is 36 years old. Geographically, Seguin makes sense for the growing brand with 13 locations across Texas. Apart from the New Braunfels restaurant, Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings has a strong presence to the south along the Texas border in the Rio Grande Valley, a location north in Round Rock (just north of Austin) and a restaurant to the west in San Antonio.

&ldquo;Seguin is the perfect market for Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings. The concept is great for family outings, or for sports enthusiasts to catch an Astros, Cowboys, Mavericks, Rangers, Spurs or Wings game. There isn&rsquo;t an elevated sports restaurant like this in town, besides the usual chains, and mom and pop restaurants. It&rsquo;s such an exciting time for the city of Seguin, we&rsquo;re rapidly growing and expanding. Building permits are on the rise, new residential areas are expanding and we have a strong school and public parks system. Not to mention, Texas Lutheran University has a strong presence in town and students are always looking for a great place to eat chicken wings,&rdquo; said Schneuker.

Schneuker also noted the population in Seguin is expected to reach 50,000 by 2030, and the area along State Highway 46 is rapidly growing with potential commercial real estate sites ideal for the Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings brand.
