<a href="http://ownabuffalo.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=buffalo-wings-rings-moves-from-the-sidelines-to-the-stadium-2394" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings</a> is known for its &#8220;club level for all&#8221; concept, and now the Cincinnati-based brand is bringing their game time experience to Paul Brown Stadium, home of NFL franchise the Cincinnati Bengals. Playing an integral role in the stadium&#8217;s concessions upgrade, Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings will be situated at a corner kiosk in general admission and will also cater to the stadium&#8217;s club level.&#8220;We wanted to become more engrained with the Cincinnati community through the two things that we do best: sports and wings,&#8221; marketing director Diane Matheson said. &#8220;We decided to take our sponsorship of the Bengals one step further with this new location and presence throughout Paul Brown Stadium. Putting these two Cincinnati brands together just made sense.&#8221;The venture began early in Q1, when the stadium broke ground on the new concessions. Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings decided that they had the right product to bring the stadium and elevate the hometown experience at the Stadium. Along with occupying a highly sought corner after corner unit in the bleacher area&#8212;which will soon be flanked by pub tables to encourage munching and mingling &#8212;the brand will also cater to the diehard baseball fans in the club level.The kiosk will operate with two distinct sides&#8212;one serving up a limited version of BWR&#8217;s dining menu, another pouring out beers and cocktails. The food side will serve a general menu including boneless and bone-in wings in three flavors, ranging from the classic to the avant-garde. Onion rings, fries and nachos will also be available. Around the corner guests can sip on 12 beers on draft ranging from local favorites to national pours, with cans also available as an option.While the brand will be sticking to its foundational items of wings and beer, Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings has also added its own flair to some old classics in its cocktail menu. The brand has also added two special signature drinks for the stadium: The Buffalo Mary, which has now been dubbed the Hail Mary, and the Bengal Tiger, a layered orange and black drink nodding to the hometown team.&#8220;We&#8217;re very thrilled with where this partnership has steered us,&#8221; Matheson said. &#8220;Watching the development of this has been very exciting, from breaking ground at the beginning of this year, to this week&#8217;s quickly approaching Opening Day.&#8221;A brand is only as good as its food, and the food at Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings is exceptional, whether it&#8217;s served from one of its airy and inviting stores or from a stand in the ballpark. Guests at Paul Brown Stadium will still be treated to fresh &#8211; never frozen &#8211; wings. Foodservice pros Aramark will be present to train BWR&#8217;s park staff for the first few games and will be conducting routine quality checks.&#8220;We are looking to serve quickly without forfeiting the quality of our products,&#8221; Matheson said. &#8220;We will remain true to our &#8216;fresh&#8212;never frozen&#8217; wings and are committed to excellence, from customer experience to food quality.&#8221;This new development is a watershed moment for Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings&#8217; mission to expand throughout the Midwest&#8211; with plans to open 25 locations and provide 1,000 jobs to the Chicago, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Cincinnati, Columbus, Louisville, Detroit and Toledo markets over the next five years.
