Masadeh added that in 2013, the top 43 percent of restaurants averaged $2mm in AUV with the top 21 percent hitting $2.4mm. Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings has also cracked the code with regard to the food-to-bar ratio, checking in at the industry dream of 3 to 1.
