Sandra Ritter, CFO and Vice President of Buffalo Wings & Rings, talked to the Cincinnati Business Courier about her goals for the brand in the new year.
Sandra Ritter, CFO and Vice President of Buffalo Wings & Rings, has been named a winner of Cincinnati Business Courier’s 2020 C-Suite awards. In accepting the award, Ritter had a chance to reflect on the challenges and successes of the last year and look forward to what’s next in her career.
Overall, she said that adaptability and perseverance have been the main themes for the brand throughout this historical year.
“I have become more flexible and creative, which are two adjectives you do not normally use to describe a CFO,” Ritter told the Cincinnati Business Courier. “Further, I learned that I must lead, not manage, through this crisis. I could not ‘manage’ COVID-19, but I could lead our team to prioritize and make decisions as the environment changed.”
