According to the article, Schram thinks recent success in Nebraska will make the area a great next location for a franchise.

Said Schram to the Star,&nbsp;&ldquo;We have had a lot of success in the Great Plains and we think South Sioux City would be a great addition.&quot;

The piece also discusses the Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings menu, which it says is different from other wing restaurants.

Said Schram,&nbsp;&ldquo;We have a more balanced menu. Nothing fancy, but it&#39;s clearly elevated from something you&#39;d find in a normal wing joint.&rdquo;
