Wings and Rings Vice President of Marketing Diane Matheson is paving the way for marketing leaders in the restaurant industry. Matheson's recent interview with FSR Magazine shed light on the restaurant's recent changes in the past year during the COVID-19 pandemic. Established in 1984, Wings and Rings club-level sports restaurants have elevated all fans' food and beverage experiences. Since opening, Wings and Rings has seen consistent growth over the years. Nonetheless, Matheson says the pandemic brought monumental change to the franchise.

"The situation was scary, but it was also inspiring to see how people and brands are adapting," Matheson says. "It’s important to be ready to adapt and change wisely when needed with scalable and efficient plans to avoid interruption."

Matheson also discusses the future needs of the "to-go customer." She gives insight on the Wings and Rings VIP to-go experience.
