Franchise brand Buffalo Wings & Rings is focused on expanding its reach in Nebraska with hopes of a opening a new location in Lexington in 2018. Lexington Clipper-Herald spoke with Chief Development Officer Philip Schram about the brand's targeted demographic and future growth plans.
Said Schram to the Lexington Clipper-Herald, "We have seen how women make decisions and we have been very careful to have a family brand. That carries over in the décor of a restaurant and the way in which servers are dressed. We are very respectful of family values and careful in the service of alcohol."
