Franchisee Todd Fetter will open the restaurant near the River Hills Mall later this year.&nbsp;

The location, which will be a converted Old Country Buffet, has begun construction and is currently taking applications. In order to offer a higher-level sports restaurant experience, it will feature 40 TVs and a versatile, elevated menu.&nbsp;

Fetter owns eight <a href="https://buffalowingsandrings.1851franchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=mankato-free-press-buffalo-wings-rings-to-open-first-minnesota-location-11871" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings</a> locations after signing with the franchise just four years ago. His passion for the brand has driven him to rapidly expand, and he&#39;s excited for his venture into Minnesota.
