Mankato Free Press: Buffalo Wings & Rings to Open First Minnesota Location
The Cincinnati-based sports restaurant is coming to Mankato, Minnesota.
Buffalo Wings & Rings is bringing its first Minnesota location to Mankato. Franchisee Todd Fetter will open the restaurant near the River Hills Mall later this year.
The location, which will be a converted Old Country Buffet, has begun construction and is currently taking applications. In order to offer a higher-level sports restaurant experience, it will feature 40 TVs and a versatile, elevated menu.
Fetter owns eight Buffalo Wings & Rings locations after signing with the franchise just four years ago. His passion for the brand has driven him to rapidly expand, and he's excited for his venture into Minnesota.
"Mankato kind of chose us. But the more we learned about the town, we said this is where we need to be."
