More specifically, he said that Milwaukee is an attractive market due to the size of the city, not unlike Cincinnati, the company&#39;s home market.

The franchise hopes to develop three locations in Milwaukee over the next few years, and with them add a family-friendly, elevated experience to the market that also focuses on the community.

&quot;We really emphasize giving back to the community,&quot; said Schram. &quot;Last year, we created the Buffalove Foundation, an organization committed to fighting childhood hunger. And we use it to help our local operators to get more involved locally.&quot;
