Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings is currently in expansion mode, as it hopes to bring its elevated concept to new fans across the country.&#8220;We deliver a club-level experience for our guests that want to be treated like VIPs, whereas many of the competition delivers a fan zone experience,&#8221; Schram told the Plainsman.The Cincinnati-based brand is hoping to bring its franchise concept to the area by mid-2017.
