Philip Schram, chief development officer of Ohio-based Buffalo Wings & Rings, believes Indiana is the perfect city to continue expansion of the brand and he recently spoke with the South Bend Tribune about the brand and their plans.
 
Schram told the South Bend Tribune the size of the city as well as the good mix of blue- and white-collar jobs is what makes South Bend so intriguing.
 
A prospective franchisee has not been determined but Buffalo Wings & Rings has locations in both Chicago and Indianapolis so a South Bend franchise adds a lot of appeal.
