Buffalo Wings & Rings is set to open this year in Arlington, Texas. The Star-Telegram recently spoke with franchisee Bill Melton and Chief Development Officer Philip Schram about the brand and their plans for the market.
Melton is looking at bringing upwards of 20 locations to Dallas over the next several years, with the first opening in September.
“Always being in the industry, I love full service and I love sports," Melton said.
He also said that Buffalo Wings & Rings is designed to appeal to the whole family. Schram added that the brand plans to win over customers with its food and service.
