With big expansion plans for 2016, CEO & President of Buffalo Wings & Rings, Nader Masadeh, is excited to be featured on CBS' hit show "Undercover Boss."
Masadeh worked in several entry-level positions to observe Buffalo Wings & Rings operations from the ground up.
"There's always room for improvement," Masadeh told the Cincinnati Business Courier I noticed some operations not following the system, some management training issues, some issues with how we service our guests in a faster manner."
This Cincinnati-based wing restaurant chain currently has 65 locations worldwide and has plans for 14 additional locations in the New Year.
