Buffalo Wings & Rings is looking to expand into Fort Wayne with a planned three locations within the next five years. The restaurant is seeking to initiate that process by first finding a franchisee in the area.

The News-Sentinel reports the company boasts a more elevated experience for its patrons, including hand-crafted burgers and fresh wings. There are restaurants in the Midwest but none within an hour of Fort Wayne.

Philip Schram is the restaurant's chief development officer and describes the menu as "elevated food" utilizing fresh ingredients and chicken tenders, not boneless wings. "The wings are like the filet mignon of the chicken," said Schram.
