The restaurant is seeking to initiate that process by first finding a franchisee in the area.

The News-Sentinel reports the company boasts a more elevated experience for its patrons, including hand-crafted burgers and fresh wings. There are restaurants in the Midwest but none within an hour of Fort Wayne.

Philip Schram is the restaurant&#39;s chief development officer and describes the menu as &quot;elevated food&quot; utilizing fresh ingredients and chicken tenders, not boneless wings. &quot;The wings are like the filet mignon of the chicken,&quot; said Schram.
