With locations in Omaha and Lincoln already, Buffalo Wings & Rings is exploring expansion plans with an eye on western Nebraska.
Chief Development Officer of Buffalo Wings & Rings Philip Schram told The North Platte Telegraph he hasn't visited North Platte yet, but sees an opportunity and would like to have a restaurant open there sooner than later with the right franchisee.
"If we could find somebody by the end of the summer we could be open by 2018," Schram told North Platte Telegraph reporter Tammy Bain.
