The program will feature high-intensity interval training to promote calorie burn, with clients utilizing heart rate monitors to provide trainers with personalized information to further tailor future workouts. As a component of the Accelerated Results body transformation program, WORKOUT ANYTIME is partnering with Evolution Nutrition so trainers and their clients can create a nutrition guide and individualized diet designed to further improve results. The average 30 minute training session will only cost $25. Additionally, members who sign up for the personal training program will receive a complimentary one-hour fitness assessment. &#8220;Each client is a unique individual, and this program is designed with that in mind,&#8221; Maurer said. &#8220;Clients won&#8217;t have to get fit on their own &#8211; they will now have a personalized support system in place to help ensure results.&#8221; With Maurer joining the team, it&#8217;s clear that results are exactly what WORKOUT ANYTIME plans to deliver.
