The company&#8217;s properties are typically anchored by major grocery store chains like Publix. That&#8217;s why it made perfect sense for them to take on the role of becoming WORKOUT ANYTIME franchisees themselves,&#8221; said Randy Trotter, WORKOUT ANYTIME&#8217;s vice president of development. &#8220;Our model is simple, and we&#8217;ve proven that it&#8217;s incredibly successful when paired with the right owner and location.&#8221; There&#8217;s no doubt that WORKOUT ANYTIME and real estate development groups are a perfect match&#8212;the deal gives both companies a unique opportunity to grow. WORKOUT ANYTIME will bring hundreds of new customers into the developer&#8217;s shopping centers, ultimately adding to their bottom line. Grocery stores like Publix and other retailers will also introduce a new group of customers to WORKOUT ANYTIME gyms, helping the brand continue its expansion efforts. &#8220;This deal is just another example of how WORKOUT ANYTIME is constantly looking for new ways to develop as a brand. It isn&#8217;t traditional, but this alliance will benefit both parties,&#8221; said Trotter. &#8220;Being active in commercial real estate has always been a priority for us. Our strong relationships with developers and landlords have now given us the opportunity to tap into a new kind of franchisee.&#8221; WORKOUT ANYTIME will open 18 locations in the landlord group&#8217;s properties over the next six years. Six of those gyms will be up and running within the next two years. &#8220;We&#8217;re really excited to see where this landlord franchise deal takes us. As soon as our gyms are up and running, we&#8217;ll have the ability to approach other landlords to create similar deals,&#8221; said Trotter. &#8220;This partnership is opening a door into a whole new market.
