Emily George works for Franchise Business Review as senior client coordinator and has helped thousands of brands embrace a socially-driven approach to establishing business presence. She is located in Columbus, Ohio and comes equipped with more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a background in education.

“What I love about the franchising industry is that it’s all about others,” George said. “It’s about providing careers and really amazing growth opportunities.”

George spoke with 1851 about her experiences in the franchising industry and the characteristics she has seen out of the most successful franchising professionals. “This is not an industry for ego. Franchising is really about being there for other people,” she said.

George advises other young up-and-comers in the franchising world to take advantage of opportunities and ask lots of questions.
