Jayesh Kasim is a co-founder of Valenta BPO, a company specializing in custom solutions for a constantly growing client base of business and franchises. Kasim has spent nearly a decade with the company, and the entrepreneur, who has a specialization in financial services and investment strategies, holds unrivaled insights for prospective franchisees and franchisors across the globe.

Kasim shared his thoughts on what it takes to be a successful franchisee. He believes a strong franchise model must have business acumen, a marketing presence and strong lines of communication — and his advice for up-and-comers in the industry is to get in quick.

“The younger you are, the more you are going to learn,” he said. Kasim also praised the industry itself, highlighting the rich network that franchising can open. “What I love about franchising is the support and the network that comes along with it,” he added.
