Fazoli&#39;s finished the year strong. According to a&nbsp;<a href="http://bit.ly/2DqtsvM?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=fast-casual-fazolis-ends-2017-with-growth-spurt-2705306" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="color: rgb(17, 85, 204);">recent article in Fast Casual</a>, the brand opened five locations and signed agreements to open another fifteen. These new locations will open in Alabama, Georgia, Michigan and Oregon.&nbsp;

The brand also noted a spike in restaurant traffic with about a 2.5 percent increase. As a result, sales have increased significantly for the company.&nbsp;

We also invested back into the brand through our multi-million dollar restaurant renovations and the premium enhancements made to our menu. The growth follows the company&#39;s decision to update its restaurants. Select locations have been remodeled with a more modern appearance while menu items have been upgraded across the board with premium ingredients. &nbsp;
