Fast Casual: MobileBytes intros self-order kiosk app for restaurants

MobileBytes has announced an app designed for restaurant kiosks. According to a recent article in Fast Casual, the app will run on iPads and walk customers through the ordering process step-by-step. It is set to be released in the third quarter of 2017.

The app will process orders, accept credit card payments and allow restaurants to adopt more sustainable processes by cutting out paper receipts. The technology will allow for receipts to be sent via email or text message.

"At the end of the day, we're bringing powerful technology to restaurants of any size, and helping them improve their bottom lines. You don't have to be a large national chain to be able to afford the benefits of kiosk ordering," said CEO Dan Calderone.
