After 30 years of success, <a href="http://saladworksfranchising.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=food-truck-empire-saladworks-prepares-to-launch-food-truck-7105" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Saladworks</a> is now launching its first food truck. Food Truck Empire recently spoke with President &amp; CEO Patrick Sugrue and Vice President of Operations and Development C.W. Bruton to hear more about the brand&rsquo;s plans for mobile business.

In the Q&amp;A article, Sugrue and Bruton explain that the idea for the food truck first came about as a solution to keep franchises open during store remodels.

Said Sugrue,&nbsp;&ldquo;We will keep it outside, show pictures on the truck of what is happening inside and keep employees and customers engaged during the remodel.&rdquo;
