gusto!, the fast-casual restaurant concept founded by former NFL quarterback Nate Hybl, will be opening its second Atlanta location in early summer 2016. The first location was open in fall 2014 and Hybl said he plans to expand in new markets in the coming months.

“We’re grateful to celebrate a successful first year and can’t wait to meet new neighbors in the Poncey-Highland community,” Hybl said in a statement. “As we begin our transition from a single restaurant to a multi-location brand, our team continues to draw inspiration from our mission to provide an exciting alternative to mainstream fast food.”

Customers at gusto! place their orders at the counter from a three-step menu that includes a choice of protein, a base of mixed greens, brown rice or flatbread. The brand also adds its signature “gusto”- a combination of bold favors and fresh ingredients.

Hybl had stints as a quarterback with the Cleveland Browns and Jacksonville Jaguars.
