How to reestablish customer interest to enhance sales.

Maintaining buzz for a brand is key to sustaining sales and interest. If you need a brand boost, check out the following tips for adding a little oomph to your company’s image.
Community outreach – Generate buzz by giving people something to talk about. Encourage franchisees to contact local food banks, non-profits, government organizations and other area influencers to see if they can partner for some sort of project. This gives your brand a fresh boost, and also gives you more credibility and clout within the community.
New marketing tools – Giving a brand a fresh coat of paint is a great way to liven up an image and make it stronger moving forward. A new spokesperson, a new advertising campaign or a new LTO for a brand are great ways to jump-start excitement.
Use social media - Post, tweet, pin, instagram – all of these are verbs business owners should be utilizing. Having a strong social media presence can help a franchisee piggyback on conversations and even begin exciting new ones with the public. The possibilities through social media are endless, so create a plan and update social sites often so people know your name and what you’re all about. Start a hashtag campaign, live-tweet big television events, instagram your product or service – it’s all available at your fingertips.
Perform a competitive analysis – Doing a little digging can go a long way. There’s no need to run a similar campaign as a competitor, but noticing different trends can help a brand find a successful way to stand out. A system-wide contest or a social media campaign is all a company needs to spruce up an image and directly impact their target demographic.
