The brand also made an effort to add trendier vegetables like kale and edamame, while maintaining favorites like diced cucumbers and chopped bacon.

&ldquo;Ruby Tuesday has always been known for its Endless Garden Bar. More guests order the Garden Bar than any other item on the menu, and it&rsquo;s a big reason why people come to dine with us,&rdquo; says David Skena, chief marketing officer for Ruby Tuesday. &ldquo;We have heard our guests and operators, learned and applied what our guests and operators have told us to ensure this new Endless Garden Bar&mdash;with more than 55 ingredients&mdash;provides everything guests want in a salad.&rdquo;

The new, all you can eat Garden Bar starts at $8.99 for lunch and $9.99 for dinner. The bar can also be added to any entree for $3.99.
