In an interview with QSRWeb.com, Pollo Campero’s Director of Franchise Development Blas Escarcega discussed the international 350-unit family-owned brand’s record year in sales in 2021.
To Escarcega, one of the many unique aspects of the brand is that the world is“... seeing many of the newer generation wanting to experience flavors of the world and we bring that to the table,” Escarcega explained, “We can provide international flavor, and opportunities for people to experience our culture and our foods.”
Pollo Campero expanded into the U.S. in 2002, and now has 82 units nationwide with plans to continue domestic expansion.
