“We're trying to build transparency in terms of how the broker fees work,” he said.” Franchisees are the ones that actually pay these high commissions. As long as we're transparent with the franchisees, then it is fair and makes sense.” 

With this honesty comes the freedom to decline a candidate if they do not seem like a suitable fit or show potential for scaling with your business. This won’t be held against you at 1851 Growth Club. 

“There's no blacklisting when it comes to Growth Club because our team is salaried and not just relying on commission,” Powills said.
