Philip Schram is the chief development officer with the restaurant and says that while Ball State could bring customers in, they are focused on serving the families in the area rather than just the college student. 
 
&quot;Think about when you go to a game, everyone is watching the same game but the seats make a difference,&quot; Schram said. &quot;If you are at the club level or in the sky box you get better service. That&#39;s why we are club-level experience.&quot; 
 
Schram and business partner as well CEO of Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings Nader Masadeh are very committed to the vision of Buffalo Wings &amp; Rings. They are most fixed on the family view of the restaurant.
