Police were called to the scene of an Arlington, Virginia Cheesecake Factory.
The Cheesecake Factory started offering a promotion through DoorDash on Wednesday, and some ensuing chaos resulted in one arrest at an Arlington, Virginia restaurant, according to an Arlington Now report.
The dining chain is celebrating its 40th anniversary by giving away 40,000 free slices of cheesecake from December 5-11 across the country. At one point, a man was asked by police to leave the restaurant and refused and was arrested, according to the article.
An Arlington County Police spokeswoman described the scene as “a little hectic,” according to the article.
