&quot;This provides another business layer for us to expand the Denny&#39;s universe,&quot; said Senior VP-Chief Marketing Officer John Dillon. &quot;Clearly consumers overall are wanting, expecting, and needing more convenient options across the restaurant industry and beyond.&quot;

The announcement does not come as a surprise since visits to full-service restaurants are declining and the demand for delivery is only increasing. Testing from the brand&nbsp;found that consumers do, in fact, want an order of pancakes and a milkshake brought right to their door.&nbsp;
