The high-tops&mdash;being called Pie Tops&mdash;are an attempt to gain the&nbsp;attention of consumers in the crowded pizza marketplace. While Pizza Hut is the largest pizza chain, fourth-quarter sales were weak compared to Domino&rsquo;s and Papa John&rsquo;s who saw sales soar in the same quarter.

Since there will be a limited supply of Pie Tops available, Pizza Hut will also be&nbsp;offering a large, two-topping pizza for $7.99 for online orders in March and April.
