What are your plans for growth?&nbsp;Esposito:&nbsp;I hope to achieve a good, solid business and build a strong team of people. My plan is to expand the business throughout DuPage and the western suburbs. The goal is to grow beyond just having a couple of technicians to establish a whole team of technicians that can service the area. What do you want us to know?Giovanni Cosentino:&nbsp;My father was a dentist for almost 45 years in the Hudson Valley, and I admired his work ethic and his ability to make people smile with his sense of humor and skill. I grew up locally and earned my degree at Purchase College here in Westchester County. That's how I live my life: doing the best I can at whatever I put my hands to.1851: What did you do before franchising, and how did you decide franchising made sense for you?Cosentino:&nbsp;I spent nearly 10 years in my career as an executive assistant and project manager, but unfortunately, layoffs impacted my position at the end of 2024.Following that, the job search felt different from any other time.
