According to a <a href="http://www.adweek.com/news/technology/jack-dorsey-asked-users-what-changes-they-want-twitter-implement-175326?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=adweek-twitter-ceo-jack-dorsey-asks-users-how-to-improve-the-company-in-2017-8923" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">recent Adweek article</a>, the Twitter CEO asked his own followers how he should improve the company in the new year. This tweet&nbsp;follows a week after AirBnB CEO Brian Chesky sent the same message&nbsp;and engaged with customers as&nbsp;feedback came in.

As both Dorsey and Twitter have received recent criticism for slow user growth, customers took the opportunity to voice their opinions. Dorsey is continuing his&nbsp;transparency and is having conversations with users by adding questions and comments to their suggestions.
