Jack Dorsey decided to take it upon himself to use the social platform he co-founded in the way users do--for customer feedback. According to a recent Adweek article, the Twitter CEO asked his own followers how he should improve the company in the new year. This tweet follows a week after AirBnB CEO Brian Chesky sent the same message and engaged with customers as feedback came in.

As both Dorsey and Twitter have received recent criticism for slow user growth, customers took the opportunity to voice their opinions. Dorsey is continuing his transparency and is having conversations with users by adding questions and comments to their suggestions.
