ARC Group Inc. is planning on acquiring <a href="http://tiltedkilt.com/franchising/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=arc-reveals-plans-for-acquisition-of-tilted-kilt-2708371" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration:none" target="_blank">Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery.</a> According to a &nbsp;<a href="https://www.nrn.com/mergers-acquisitions/arc-outlines-terms-planned-tilted-kilt-deal?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=arc-reveals-plans-for-acquisition-of-tilted-kilt-2708371" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration:none" target="_blank">recent article in Nation&#39;s Restaurant News</a>, the company has announced that it has officially begun settling financial details surrounding the acquisition. At this time, the details include ARC taking on $1.8 million in debt and agreeing to pay $1.5 million in future payments. The company hopes to close the deal by the end of 2018. 

&ldquo;The Tilted Kilt acquisition is in line with our strategy of targeting undervalued-underperforming restaurant chains with immediate cash flow potential,&rdquo; said ARC Group president Seenu G. Kasturi. 

The company&#39;s portfolio also includes Dick&#39;s Wings. In the time that ARC has owned the concept, it has improved average unit volumes by nearly $300,000.

Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery is currently owned by SDA Holdings LLC.
